After 8 PM, dinner service for hotel guests was limited, feeling secondary to event attendees. Breakfast service stretched to nearly an hour, resulting in cold food and insufficient attention to detail, like missing items and oversight in cold toast. The interim menu felt more like pub food, quite a letdown for a hotel of this stature, especially with a steak option that came as the thinnest sirloin I’ve encountered.
